This might be cliché, but YCC changed my life. I had just graduated high school and I was given the opportunity to join YCC at the Potomac River NWR Complex. I had no idea that this program was going to change me and completely shift my life goals. My whole life I wanted to be a marine biologist because I wanted to work with whales and dolphins. I went into my first semester of college at the University of Maine as a marine science major.
